The US-based enterprise Waymo has announced that its autonomous taxis will be on offer for booking on London's streets beginning next year.

The UK capital will emerge as the pioneering European city to introduce an autonomous taxi service, similar to those currently operational in San Francisco and four other American urban centers utilizing Waymo's cutting-edge platform.

Waymo announced that its fleet are now traveling to London and will commence driving on the city's roads in the near future with experienced operators in control.
